Hands down the best experience I've had working with realtors in Toronto, they truly showed that it wasn't just about getting a sale, they actually cared about me finding the right condo.

I found the Pulse team online while looking at different condos and neighbourhoods, and within minutes of signing up to view pictures I received a call from Justin. From that call onwards, everything I needed was taken care of. They helped me narrow down my search, calculate what my expected total costs would be, figure out the best locations for my daughter and I, answered all of my questions regarding pets, schools, amenities, living in a condo for the first time, planning my move, arranging cleaning and so so so much more. I'm certain without them I either wouldn't have a new home yet or I would have listened to others and purchased in a bad building.

Thank you Andre Celotto and Justin Wright for everything you did to help me find my new home, but more importantly thank you for making the whole process stress free and for everything you've done to help us settle in. Justin and Andre are amazing. Me and my partner had decided to down size. They walked us through all the process. The condo went on the market around noon on Monday in Toronto and by Wednesday evening we were accepting an off well over asking price. About a week or two later. They showed us a condo right down the street from us. We put in an offer it was accepted a couple of hours later. I would highly recommend them. I know I already have to someone who might sell later this year. If I ever decide to move again I would definitely use them again.

Justin and Andre were a pleasure to work with -- they were professional and informative and kept me up to date with new developments in the housing market. I was away in Europe for most of the time, but Justin and Andre were in regular communication with me and we negotiated an offer easily even though I was not in the country.
